AnyDesk is a widely requested and popular software solution used by IT staff to provide user support. It enables remote access to workstations to assist with IT issues and has already been in use at the Göttingen Campus for many years. In the coming days, the transition to the latest version of AnyDesk will take place; this version is compatible with modern operating systems and meets current security standards. Following close consultation with stakeholders at the Göttingen Campus and after considering various factors, the decision was made to switch from the previous on-premises setup to the cloud-based version of AnyDesk.
